Preparation Steps
  1. In a medium bowl, combine ¼ cup of olive oil, 3 cloves of minced garlic, 1 teaspoon of dried oregano, 1 teaspoon of dried basil, and a pinch of red pepper flakes if desired. Stir well and let sit for 10 minutes.
  2. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan with a light coat of olive oil.
  3. On a floured surface, roll out your pizza dough into a 12x18-inch rectangle.
  4. Brush the rolled-out dough with the prepared garlic herb oil, reserving a small amount.
  5. Sprinkle an even layer of grated Parmesan and shredded mozzarella cheese over the oiled dough.
  6. Using a sharp knife, slice the dough into 1-inch wide strips, then cut the stacks into 1-inch pieces.
  7. Carefully place the dough squares into the prepared pan, standing them upright.
  8. Continue filling the pan with the remaining dough squares until fully packed.
  9. Brush the top of the assembled dough with the reserved garlic herb oil.
  10. Cover the pan with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes, then remove the foil and continue baking for another 15-20 minutes.
  11. Let the Pull Apart Pizza Bread cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before serving.
  12. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve warm with pizza sauce for dipping.
