- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare your silicone skull molds by lightly greasing with olive oil. Place mozzarella balls in the molds and bake for about 6 minutes.
- After baking, gently press into each skull mold with a spoon to define details. Let cool for 10-15 minutes before twisting to remove the skulls.
- In a large mixing bowl, add mixed salad greens and drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice. Toss gently to coat.
- Top the greens with slices of cherry tomatoes and nestle the mozzarella skulls on top.
- Drizzle balsamic glaze over the salad, and sprinkle with sea salt and black pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
