For the Dressing
  • 3 tbl Olive Oil Select high-quality oil.
  • 2 tbl Balsamic Glaze Homemade can be made by reducing balsamic vinegar.
  • to taste Flaky Sea Salt Use sparingly.
  • to taste Freshly Cracked Black Pepper Freshly cracked gives the best flavor.
  • 1 tbl Lemon Juice Always use freshly squeezed.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare your silicone skull molds by lightly greasing with olive oil. Place mozzarella balls in the molds and bake for about 6 minutes.
  2. After baking, gently press into each skull mold with a spoon to define details. Let cool for 10-15 minutes before twisting to remove the skulls.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, add mixed salad greens and drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice. Toss gently to coat.
  4. Top the greens with slices of cherry tomatoes and nestle the mozzarella skulls on top.
  5. Drizzle balsamic glaze over the salad, and sprinkle with sea salt and black pepper to taste. Serve immediately.

Notes
