Preparation
- In a medium bowl, combine 8 ounces of softened cream cheese, 1 cup of diced fresh strawberries, and a sprinkle of cinnamon. Blend until smooth and creamy, about 2-3 minutes.
- Take one soft tortilla and spread a generous layer of the cream cheese mixture evenly over the entire tortilla, leaving a small border.
- Starting from one edge, tightly roll the tortilla to encapsulate the creamy filling. Wrap each rolled tortilla in plastic wrap.
- Place the wrapped tortillas in the refrigerator and let them chill for at least 1 hour.
- After chilling, carefully unwrap the tortillas and slice into 1-2 inch thick pieces. Serve immediately or chill again before serving.
