Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine plain Greek yogurt, creamy peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth, about 2-3 minutes.
  2. Gently fold in mini chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  4. Using a small cookie scoop, drop rounded mounds of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about an inch apart.
  5. Smooth the tops of each mound with the back of a spoon for a neater appearance.
  6. Freeze the baking sheet for at least 2 hours until the bites are firm.
  7. After freezing, transfer the bites to an airtight container.
