- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Layer phyllo dough sheets in the baking dish, brushing each with melted butter.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine all filling ingredients and whisk until smooth.
- Pour the filling mixture over the phyllo layers in the baking dish.
- Top with remaining phyllo sheets, brushing with butter and scoring the top.
- Bake for 40–45 minutes until golden brown on top.
