  • 1 cup Broccoli Florets fresh or frozen
  • 2 cups Cooked Shredded Chicken omit for vegetarian option
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella
  • 1 cup Fresh Mozzarella Slices
For the Garnish
  • 1 cup Fresh Arugula
  • 1 cup Green Goddess Dressing store-bought or homemade

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet.
  2. Roll out your pizza dough into a rectangular shape (9x13 inches) or a 10-inch circle and partially bake for 6-7 minutes.
  3. Spread pesto over the crust, layer with broccoli, chicken, and top with shredded mozzarella and fresh mozzarella.
  4. Bake for an additional 15 minutes until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbling.
  5. Let cool for a couple of minutes, top with arugula and drizzle with Green Goddess dressing, then slice and serve.
