Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Soak wooden skewers in water for about 20 minutes to prevent burning on the grill.
  2. In a medium saucepan, heat heavy cream over medium-low heat, stirring frequently for about 20 minutes until it simmers gently.
  3. Once the cream has simmered, add shredded Parmesan cheese and dried basil, stirring until melted and smooth.
  4. Season the ribeye steaks with salt, pepper, and any preferred additional spices. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Place the seasoned ribeye steaks on the grill and cook for about 4 minutes per side for medium-rare doneness.
  6. Melt butter and brush it over peeled and deveined shrimp, then sprinkle with Old Bay seasoning.
  7. Add the shrimp to the grill and cook for about 2 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
  8. Plate the dish by placing the steak on a serving plate, topping it with grilled shrimp and drizzling with warm Parmesan cream sauce.
  9. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve immediately.
