- Prepare Garlic Herb Oil: In a small bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, dried oregano, and dried basil. Add red pepper flakes if desired. Allow to sit for 15 minutes.
- Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan or deep skillet.
- Roll Out Dough: Roll pizza dough into a rectangle measuring approximately 12x18 inches, ensuring even thickness.
- Oil the Dough: Apply garlic herb oil generously over the surface of the rolled-out dough, reserving some for later.
- Add Cheeses: Sprinkle grated Parmesan and shredded mozzarella evenly over the oiled dough.
- Cut and Stack: Slice the dough into 1-inch strips, stack them, and cut into squares.
- Arrange in Pan: Place dough squares into the prepared pan with cut sides facing upwards.
- Brush Top: Use reserved garlic herb oil to brush on top of the arranged dough squares.
