- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven to heat.
- Let the 14-inch pizza dough rest at room temperature for about 30 minutes before stretching.
- Transfer the stretched dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet or a floured pizza peel and brush with olive oil.
- Spread 6 ounces of tomato sauce over the dough, leaving a ¼ inch border around the edges.
- Sprinkle 10 ounces of the mozzarella/provolone cheese mix over the sauce.
- Layer 4 ounces of smoked pancetta, 4 ounces of pepperoni, and 4 ounces of Italian sausage over the cheese, followed by the other toppings.
- Bake the pizza for approximately 12-15 minutes until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbling.
