- Gather all ingredients for the recipe, including fresh spinach, ripe bananas, Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and milk.
- In a powerful blender, combine the fresh spinach, ripe bananas, Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and milk. Blend on high speed for 30-45 seconds until smooth.
- Taste the mixture; if needed, add more honey or maple syrup and blend for 10 seconds to incorporate.
- Pour the blended mixture into popsicle molds, filling each nearly to the brim.
- Insert sticks into the molds, or cover with aluminum foil and pierce each section if separate sticks are used.
- Place molds in the freezer for at least 4 hours or until completely solid.
- To serve, run warm water over the molds for 10-15 seconds and gently pull on the sticks to remove the pops.
