Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Gather all ingredients for the recipe, including fresh spinach, ripe bananas, Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and milk.
  2. In a powerful blender, combine the fresh spinach, ripe bananas, Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and milk. Blend on high speed for 30-45 seconds until smooth.
  3. Taste the mixture; if needed, add more honey or maple syrup and blend for 10 seconds to incorporate.
  4. Pour the blended mixture into popsicle molds, filling each nearly to the brim.
  5. Insert sticks into the molds, or cover with aluminum foil and pierce each section if separate sticks are used.
  6. Place molds in the freezer for at least 4 hours or until completely solid.
  7. To serve, run warm water over the molds for 10-15 seconds and gently pull on the sticks to remove the pops.
