- Preheat a griddle or grill pan over high heat for about 5 minutes until hot. Drizzle avocado oil and spread it around.
- Rinse the broccolini under cold water, pat dry, and trim tough ends. Arrange broccolini in the hot pan.
- Grill broccolini for about 5 minutes, flipping halfway through until bright green with char marks.
- Remove from heat and transfer to a serving dish. Grate lemon zest over the top and season with salt and pepper.
- Squeeze fresh lemon juice and sprinkle sunflower and pumpkin seeds before serving.
