Ingredients

Instructions
- Prepare the Marinade: Blend the Korean pear, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, avocado oil, and gochujang until smooth.
- Marinate the Chicken: Coat the chicken in the marinade and let it rest for at least 1 hour, or overnight for deeper flavor.

- Air Fryer: Preheat to 385°F and cook for 25 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Pan-Fry: Sear in a hot skillet until golden brown, then finish with extra marinade.
