Bacon Egg and Cheese Breakfast Sliders are a delicious and easy-to-make breakfast option, perfect for serving a crowd.


Ingredients

  • 8 slider rolls
  • 8 slices of cooked bacon
  • 8 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon chopped chives (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Crack the eggs into the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and scramble until fully cooked. Remove from heat.
  3. Slice the slider rolls in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  4. Layer the cooked bacon evenly over the bottom halves of the rolls.
  5. Spoon the scrambled eggs over the bacon, then sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  6. Place the top halves of the slider rolls over the cheese.
  7. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 10 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. If desired, sprinkle chopped chives over the sliders before serving.
