Ingredients
For the Salmon:
- 2 ½ lbs salmon fillet (skin-on or skinless)

- 1 can (20 oz) pineapple slices (juice reserved)

For the Pineapple Glaze:
- ¼ cup sweet chili sauce
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- ¼ cup reserved pineapple juice
Instructions
Preheat & Prep:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
