Ingredients

For the Salmon:

  • 2 ½ lbs salmon fillet (skin-on or skinless)
  • Salt and black pepper (to taste)
  • 1 can (20 oz) pineapple slices (juice reserved)
  • Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)
  • Lime slices, for serving

For the Pineapple Glaze:

  • ¼ cup sweet chili sauce
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup reserved pineapple juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat & Prep:

    • Arrange pineapple slices around and underneath the salmon.
