Ingredients
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup honey garlic sauce
- 1 tablespoon chili paste (or to taste)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- Skewers (wooden or metal; soak wooden ones in water for 30 minutes)
- Chopped green onions, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, honey garlic sauce, chili paste, lemon juice, smoked paprika, oregano, sea salt, and black pepper until smooth. This will be your creamy dipping sauce.
- Set aside about 1/4 cup of the sauce for later use. Add the chicken pieces to the remaining sauce, ensuring each piece is well-coated. Cover and let it marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for enhanced flavor.
- Heat your grill or grill pan to a medium-high setting.
