Ingredients
- 8 ounces rotini pasta
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup corn (canned or frozen)
- 1/2 cup red onion, diced
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro or parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, shredded chicken, cherry tomatoes, corn, red onion, and cheddar cheese.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together the ranch dressing, BBQ sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
