Ingredients

  • 2 large flatbreads (store-bought or homemade)
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 ounces sliced salami
  • 4 ounces sliced prosciutto
  • 4 ounces sliced cheddar cheese
  • 4 ounces sliced brie cheese
  • 1 cup mixed olives (green and black)
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup fresh arugula
  • 1/4 cup balsamic glaze (for drizzling)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, and black pepper until smooth.
  3. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over each flatbread.
  4. Layer the salami, prosciutto, cheddar cheese, and brie cheese on top of the cream cheese spread.
  5. Scatter the mixed olives and cherry tomatoes over the flatbreads.
  6. Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheeses are melted and the edges are golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool for a minute before topping with fresh arugula and drizzling with balsamic glaze.
