Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup sliced pepperoni
- 1/2 cup marinara sauce (for dipping)
- 1 tablespoon melted butter (for brushing)
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and salt. Mix well.
- Add the milk and vegetable oil to the dry ingredients, stirring until a dough forms.
- On a floured surface, knead the dough gently for about 1 minute until smooth.
- Divide the dough into 12 equal pieces. Flatten each piece into a small circle.
- Place a small amount of mozzarella cheese and a few slices of pepperoni in the center of each circle.
- Fold the edges of the dough over the filling and pinch to seal, forming a ball.
- Place the pizza bombs seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
- Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with dried parsley.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
