Ingredients
- 9 lasagna noodles
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 2 cups Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
Prep and Cook
- Preheat the Oven: Set oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Cook the Noodles: Boil lasagna noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and lay flat on parchment paper.
- Sauté Aromatics: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté onion for 3–4 minutes until translucent. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
Prepare Mixtures
- Chicken Alfredo Mixture: Stir in chicken, spinach, Alfredo sauce, and Italian seasoning. Cook until spinach wilts. Season with salt and pepper.
- Cheese Mixture: Combine ricotta, half the mozzarella, and half the Parmesan in a bowl. Mix well.
Assemble the Lasagna
- Spread a thin layer of the chicken Alfredo mixture in the baking dish.
- Layer 3 lasagna noodles over the sauce.
- Spread half the cheese mixture over the noodles. Top with half the remaining chicken Alfredo mixture.
- Repeat layers and finish with a final layer of noodles, the remaining chicken Alfredo mixture, and the rest of the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
Bake
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 15 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.

- Let lasagna cool for 10 minutes before slicing. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
