Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 ripe avocado, diced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup lettuce, shredded
  • 1 medium tomato, diced
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, diced avocado, ranch dressing, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Lay out the flour tortillas on a clean surface.
  3. Divide the chicken mixture evenly among the tortillas, placing it in the center of each.
  4. Top each with shredded lettuce, diced tomato, and shredded cheddar cheese.
  5. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll it up tightly from the bottom to the top.
  6. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Place the burritos seam-side down in the skillet and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Remove from the skillet and let cool for a minute before slicing in half.
