Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, ranch dressing, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the olive oil.
  3. Place one tortilla in the skillet and spread a generous portion of the chicken mixture over half of the tortilla.
  4. Fold the tortilla in half and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until the tortilla is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  5. Remove the quesadilla from the skillet and let it cool for a minute before slicing into wedges.
  6. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.
  7. Serve warm with extra ranch dressing for dipping.
