Ingredients
- 8 ounces rotini pasta
- 1 pound cooked chicken breast, diced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup croutons
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooled pasta, diced chicken, cherry tomatoes, and chopped romaine lettuce.
- Drizzle the Caesar dressing over the salad mixture and toss gently to combine.
- Add the grated Parmesan cheese and croutons, then season with salt and pepper to taste. If desired, drizzle with olive oil for extra flavor.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
