Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 zucchini, sliced
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional)

Instructions

  • Heat the olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat.
  • Add the garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Add the carrots, bell peppers, zucchini, and broccoli to the skillet. Stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
