Ingredients

Instructions
Step 1: Make the Dough
- In a large mixing bowl, combine warm milk, yeast, and 1 tablespoon of sugar. Stir gently and let sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
- Add melted butter, eggs, remaining sugar, and salt. Mix well.
- Gradually add flour, one cup at a time, mixing until a soft dough forms.
- Knead on a floured surface for 5–7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp towel, and let rise in a warm spot for 1–2 hours until doubled in size.
Step 2: Prepare the Filling
- Mix softened butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon until smooth.
- Set aside.
Step 3: Assemble the Rolls
- Roll out the risen dough into a 12×16-inch rectangle on a floured surface.
- Spread the filling evenly over the dough.
- Roll the dough tightly from one long side into a log.
- Slice into 12 equal pieces using a sharp knife or unflavored dental floss.
Step 4: Second Rise
- Arrange rolls in a greased 9×13-inch baking dish, leaving some space between them.
- Cover and let rise for 30 minutes.
Step 5: Bake the Rolls
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
