Instructions

Oven Method:

  1. Preheat & Prep
    • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
    • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly spray with oil.
  2. Drain & Shape
    • Strain excess liquid from cottage cheese using a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth.
    • Drop small spoonfuls of cottage cheese onto the baking sheet.
    • Flatten each into thin, round chips (leaving space between them).
