- Parchment paper (for baking)

Instructions
Oven Method:
- Preheat & Prep
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly spray with oil.
- Drain & Shape
- Strain excess liquid from cottage cheese using a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth.
- Drop small spoonfuls of cottage cheese onto the baking sheet.
- Flatten each into thin, round chips (leaving space between them).
- Bake to Crispy Perfection
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and crispy.

Microwave Method:
- Prepare the Base
