Ingredients
- All-purpose flour (for dusting)
- 8 ounces crescent dough sheet
- 8 ounces brie cheese (cut into small pieces)
- 1 cup whole berry cranberry sauce
- Fresh rosemary (small sprigs for garnish)
- Optional: Chopped pecans or honey for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Spray a mini muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray.
- Prepare the Dough:
- Lightly dust a work surface with flour.
- Roll out the crescent dough sheet. If using crescent rolls, pinch the seams together to form a smooth sheet.
- Cut the Dough:
- Cut the dough into 24 equal squares using a sharp knife or pizza cutter.
- Shape the Bites:
- Press each dough square into a slot in the mini muffin tin, creating small cups.
- Add the Brie:
- Place a piece of brie cheese in the center of each dough cup.
- Top with Cranberry Sauce:
- Spoon a generous amount of cranberry sauce over the brie in each cup.
- Garnish with Rosemary:
- Add a small sprig of fresh rosemary to each bite for flavor and visual appeal.
- Bake:
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12–15 minutes, or until the crescent dough is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
- Serve Warm:
- Allow the bites to cool slightly before transferring them to a serving platter. Serve warm for the best flavor and texture
