Ingredients
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, honey, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
- Slowly drizzle in the olive oil while continuously whisking to emulsify the dressing.
- If using, stir in the chopped parsley for added flavor and freshness.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
- Transfer the dressing to a jar or airtight container and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
Notes
- For a lighter version, substitute Greek yogurt for half of the mayonnaise.
- Add a teaspoon of Italian herbs or a pinch of red pepper flakes for an extra kick.
