Ingredients
For the Casserole:
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1/2 Onion (chopped)

- 6 Large Flour Tortillas
- 1 can Refried Beans
- 2–3 cups Shredded Taco Cheese or Cheddar Cheese
- 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 4 ounces Sour Cream
Instructions
- Brown the Beef
In a large skillet, heat over medium heat. Add the ground beef and chopped onion, cooking for 5–7 minutes until the beef is browned and the onion is softened. Drain any excess fat. - Season and Mix
Sprinkle the taco seasoning over the beef and stir to coat evenly. Add the can of refried beans and mix until heated through. Remove from heat and set aside. - Prepare the Creamy Sauce
In a medium bowl, combine the cream of mushroom soup and sour cream. Stir until smooth. - Assemble the Layers
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a casserole dish. Spread half of the creamy sauce on the bottom of the dish. Tear three tortillas into pieces and layer them on top. Add half of the meat and bean mixture, followed by a layer of shredded cheese. Repeat these layers, finishing with a top layer of cheese. - Bake the Casserole
