Ingredients
Cookie Dough:
- 1 cup unsalted butter (softened)
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup light brown sugar (packed)
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp salt
Caramelized Topping:
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp water
Instructions
- Preheat Oven & Prep Baking Sheets
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper. - Cream Butter & Sugars
In a large bowl, beat softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy. - Add Eggs & Vanilla
