Ingredients

  • 2 to 3 pounds fully cooked ham (bone-in or boneless)
  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1 can (20 ounces) pineapple slices, drained (reserve juice)
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

Instructions

  1. Place the ham in the Crock-Pot, cut side down if using a bone-in ham.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the brown sugar, pineapple juice, reserved pineapple juice, cinnamon, cloves, and Dijon mustard. Mix until well combined.
  3. Pour the brown sugar mixture over the ham, making sure to coat it evenly.
  4. Arrange the pineapple slices on top of the ham, securing them with toothpicks if necessary.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 4 to 6 hours, or until heated through and the ham reaches an internal temperature of 140°F.
  6. Once done, remove the ham from the Crock-Pot and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Serve with the juices spooned over the top.

  • For a glaze with a bit of tang, add 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar to the brown sugar mixture.
