Description

A simple and delicious crustless quiche recipe that is easy to prepare and perfect for any meal.

Ingredients

  • 8 large eggs
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup diced vegetables (such as bell peppers, spinach, and onions)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (for greasing the pan)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F. Grease a 9-inch pie dish or a round baking dish with olive oil.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined.
  3. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese, diced vegetables, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Mix until everything is evenly distributed.
  4. Pour the egg mixture into the prepared pie dish.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the quiche is set in the center and lightly golden on top.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool for 5-10 minutes before slicing. Serve warm or at room temperature.

Notes

  • For a creamier texture, substitute half of the milk with heavy cream.
  • Add cooked bacon or sausage for extra flavor and protein.
