Ingredients
- 8 large eggs
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup diced vegetables (such as bell peppers, spinach, and onions)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (for greasing the pan)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F. Grease a 9-inch pie dish or a round baking dish with olive oil.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined.
- Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese, diced vegetables, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Mix until everything is evenly distributed.
- Pour the egg mixture into the prepared pie dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the quiche is set in the center and lightly golden on top.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for 5-10 minutes before slicing. Serve warm or at room temperature.
