Description
Crying Tiger Beef is a flavorful grilled dish featuring marinated flank steak, perfect for any barbecue.
Ingredients
- 1 pound flank steak
 - 2 tablespoons soy sauce
 - 2 tablespoons fish sauce
 - 1 tablespoon lime juice
 - 1 tablespoon brown sugar
 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
 - 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
 - 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
 - Fresh cilantro, for garnish
 - Lime wedges, for serving

Instructions
- Begin by marinating the flank steak. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, fish sauce, lime juice, brown sugar, minced garlic, and red pepper flakes. Mix well until the sugar is dissolved.
 - Place the flank steak in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over it. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or up to overnight for more flavor.
 - Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Remove the steak from the marinade and discard the marinade.
 - Brush the grill with vegetable oil to prevent sticking. Grill the flank steak for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness is reached.
 - Once cooked, remove the steak from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Slice the steak against the grain into thin strips.
 - Serve the sliced beef garnished with fresh cilantro and lime wedges on the side.

Notes
- For a spicier kick, add sliced fresh chilies to the marinade.
 - Serve with jasmine rice or a fresh salad to complement the flavors.
