Ingredients
- 1 pound cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 large cucumbers, chopped
- 1 cup halved grape tomatoes

- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions
- In a spacious mixing bowl, combine the cooked shrimp, chopped cucumbers, grape tomatoes, diced red onion, and parsley.
- In another bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, lime juice, onion powder, salt, and pepper until creamy and well-blended.
