Instructions

  • Prep Ingredients
    Chop onion, mince garlic, grate ginger, and thinly slice cabbage and carrots.
  • Cook Ground Meat
    Heat a skillet or wok over medium-high heat with 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil. Cook the ground meat until browned, breaking it apart. Drain excess fat if necessary.
