Ingredients
For the Crescent Bites:
- Crescent roll dough
- Cooking spray
- Fresh herbs (parsley, chives, or your choice)
For the Filling (Spinach-Artichoke Dip):
- 1/2 cup artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1/2 cup frozen spinach, thawed and moisture removed
- 1/4 cup finely diced onion
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Prepare the Crescent Dough
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Roll out the crescent dough and press seams together.
- Cut out circles and place them in a mini-muffin tin.
- Use the remaining dough to carve out bunny ears and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake the Crescent Bites and Bunny Ears
- Bake the crescent bites for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
- Bake bunny ears separately for 3-5 minutes (watch closely to prevent burning).
- Press the centers of the baked crescent cups to create a well for the filling.
- Make the Filling
- In a bowl, mix together artichoke hearts, spinach, onion, cream cheese, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, garlic, and salt.
- Assemble and Serve
- Fill each crescent bite with a spoonful of dip.
- Gently press in a pair of baked bunny ears.
- Garnish with fresh herbs for a festive touch.
