Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 cups plain full-fat Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder (optional)
- 1 tablespoon onion powder (optional)
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
- 2 tablespoons everything bagel seasoning (or topping of choice)
Instructions
- Mix Dough: In a large bowl, combine flour, yogurt, baking powder, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and water. Mix until a thick, slightly tacky dough forms.
- Shape Bagels: Lightly flour a surface, divide dough into 8 pieces, and shape each piece into a loop.
- Egg Wash & Season: Brush bagels with beaten egg and sprinkle with seasoning.
- Air Fry: Place bagels in an air fryer at 350°F for 12 minutes or until golden brown.
- Cool & Serve: Let cool slightly before enjoying with your favorite toppings.
