A delicious and easy-to-make Buffalo Chicken Dip perfect for parties.
Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup buffalo sauce (like Frank’s RedHot)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese (optional)
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions (for garnish)
- Tortilla chips or celery sticks (for serving)
Instructions
- In a slow cooker, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, ranch dressing, and buffalo sauce. Stir until well mixed.
- Cover and cook on low for 2 hours or until the mixture is hot and the cream cheese is melted.
- Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese and blue cheese (if using). Cover and cook for an additional 30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Once done, give it a good stir and garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips or celery sticks for dipping.
Notes
- For a spicier dip, add more buffalo sauce or a dash of cayenne pepper.
- Substitute the ranch dressing with blue cheese dressing for a stronger flavor.
