Description

A delicious and easy-to-make Buffalo Chicken Dip perfect for parties.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce (like Frank’s RedHot)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese (optional)
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions (for garnish)
  • Tortilla chips or celery sticks (for serving)

Instructions

  1. In a slow cooker, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, ranch dressing, and buffalo sauce. Stir until well mixed.
  2. Cover and cook on low for 2 hours or until the mixture is hot and the cream cheese is melted.
  3. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese and blue cheese (if using). Cover and cook for an additional 30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  4. Once done, give it a good stir and garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
  5. Serve warm with tortilla chips or celery sticks for dipping.

Notes

  • For a spicier dip, add more buffalo sauce or a dash of cayenne pepper.
  • Substitute the ranch dressing with blue cheese dressing for a stronger flavor.
