1. Preheat Your Oven
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil for easy cleanup.
2. Prepare the Cauliflower
- Remove the leaves and trim the stem of the cauliflower, leaving the core intact.
- Slice the cauliflower lengthwise through the core into 1-inch-thick steaks. Aim for 4 steaks from a large cauliflower.
3. Make the Seasoning Butter
- Melt the butter in the microwave.
- Mix the melted butter with the seasoning blend to create a flavorful paste.
4. Season the Cauliflower
- Brush both sides of each cauliflower steak with the seasoned butter.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Sear the Steaks
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
- Place the cauliflower steaks in the pan and cook for 2–3 minutes on each side until lightly browned. Handle with care to keep the steaks intact.
6. Roast in the Oven
- Transfer the seared cauliflower steaks to the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until the cauliflower is tender and golden brown.
7. Add Parmesan Cheese
- During the last 5 minutes of baking, sprinkle the Parmesan cheese evenly over the steaks.
- Let the cheese melt and crisp slightly before removing from the oven.
