  • 8 tostada shells
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup diced red onion
  • 1 avocado, mashed
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the shrimp, olive oil, chili powder, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat the shrimp evenly.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned shrimp and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they turn pink and opaque. Remove from heat.
