Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil or butter (for cooking)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
  2. Add the eggs, vanilla extract, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt to the mashed bananas. Whisk together until well combined and smooth.
