Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Stir until well mixed.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Dip each strawberry slice into the yogurt mixture, ensuring it is fully coated. Place the coated strawberries on the prepared baking sheet.
- Once all the strawberries are coated, freeze them for about 2-3 hours or until solid.
- Once frozen, transfer the yogurt bites to an airtight container and store them in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
Notes
- For added crunch, sprinkle some crushed nuts or granola on top of the yogurt-coated strawberries before freezing.
- Try using other fruits like banana slices or blueberries for a different flavor twist.
