Ingredients
- 1 can (300 ml/14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 1/2 cups dried coconut
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs (plus more for rolling)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
Instructions
- Mix the Wet Ingredients:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
- Add the Dry Ingredients:
- Gradually mix in the graham cracker crumbs, dried coconut, and chocolate chips. Stir until evenly combined. The mixture should be slightly sticky but firm.
- Chill the Mixture:
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate the mixture for about an hour to firm it up.
- Shape the Cookie Balls:
- Roll small portions of the mixture into 1 1/4-inch balls. Optionally, roll each ball in extra graham cracker crumbs for added texture.
- Chill Again:
- Place the balls on a tray and refrigerate until firm. Once set, they’re ready to enjoy!
