  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 1/2 cups dried coconut
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs (plus more for rolling)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Mix the Wet Ingredients:
    • In a large mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
  • Add the Dry Ingredients:
    • Gradually mix in the graham cracker crumbs, dried coconut, and chocolate chips. Stir until evenly combined. The mixture should be slightly sticky but firm.
  • Chill the Mixture:
