For the Garlic Butter Glaze:
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Cook the Beef Filling:
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat.

- Prepare the Dough:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface into a 10×15-inch rectangle.

- Spread the cooked beef evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Sprinkle crumbled bacon and shredded cheese over the beef.
- Roll and Slice:
- Roll the dough tightly from the long edge into a log.
- Pinch the edges to seal. Slice into 1-inch pieces with a sharp knife.
- Arrange and Glaze:
- Place rollups cut-side down on the prepared baking sheet, spaced slightly apart.
- Mix melted butter and minced garlic in a small bowl. Brush generously over the rollups.
- Bake:
- Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until golden brown and cheese is melted.
- Garnish with chopped parsley.
- Serve and Enjoy:
- Serve warm with dipping sauces like ranch, ketchup, or chipotle mayo.
Notes
- Roll the dough tightly and pinch the edges to prevent unrolling during baking.
- Refrigerate the dough briefly if it becomes too soft while working.
