Ingredients
- 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F.
- In a large bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and paprika.
- Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated with the garlic butter mixture.
- Spread the cauliflower in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cauliflower is tender and golden brown, stirring halfway through for even cooking.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, try adding a sprinkle of grated Parmesan cheese during the last 5 minutes of roasting.
- For a spicy kick, toss in a pinch of red pepper flakes with the garlic butter mixture.
