Ingredients
- 2 sleeves of Ritz crackers (about 16 ounces total)
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional, for heat)
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, garlic powder, onion powder, dried parsley, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
- Place the Ritz crackers in a large mixing bowl. Pour the butter mixture over the crackers and gently toss until all crackers are evenly coated.
- Spread the coated crackers in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the crackers.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the crackers are golden and crispy.
