  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (or 1 tablespoon dried)
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

For the Topping:

  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

  3. Gradually add flour, mixing until dough forms.
  4. Knead dough on a floured surface for 5-7 mins until smooth and elastic.

Step 3: Roll and Slice Dough

  1. Roll dough into a 12×18-inch rectangle.
  2. Spread garlic butter evenly over dough.
  3. Roll tightly from the long side, sealing the seam.

  2. Sprinkle tops with Parmesan cheese (optional).
  3. Bake for 20-25 mins until golden brown.
  4. Cool slightly and serve warm.
