Ingredients
- 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons honey (or maple syrup for a vegan option)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds
- 1/4 cup granola (optional)
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract. Mix well until smooth and creamy.
- In serving glasses or bowls, start by adding a layer of the yogurt mixture at the bottom.
- Add a layer of mixed berries on top of the yogurt.
- Sprinkle a layer of sliced almonds over the berries.
- Repeat the layers until the glasses are filled, finishing with a layer of berries and a sprinkle of almonds on top.
- If using, add a layer of granola for extra crunch.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired.
- Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for up to 30 minutes before serving for a refreshing treat.
