Ingredients
For the Salmon Skewers:

Instructions
- Marinate the Salmon – In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Toss salmon cubes in the marinade and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Assemble the Skewers – Thread marinated salmon onto skewers, spacing pieces evenly.
- Preheat the Grill – Set the grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grates.
- Grill the Skewers – Place salmon skewers on the grill and cook for 3-4 minutes per side until salmon is opaque and slightly charred.
