  • 2 (6-ounce) salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. If using a grill pan, heat it over medium-high heat on the stovetop.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, black pepper, and salt to create a marinade.
  3. Brush the marinade generously over both sides of the salmon fillets.
  4. Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on the grill or grill pan. Cook for about 4-5 minutes, then carefully flip the fillets and cook for another 4-5 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F.
