Ingredients

Instructions
- Preheat Your Oven:

- Add Eggs and Bananas:

- Stir in the mashed bananas and drained pineapple until combined.
- Mix Dry Ingredients:
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cardamom.

- Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the banana mixture, stirring until just combined. Avoid overmixing.
- Add Coconut:
- Gently stir in the unsweetened coconut flakes.
- Pour and Bake:
